Loving Stippled Blossoms

I sponsored [read volunteered/harangued] a friend, Holly Logan in the Cairns Miss Showgirl Quest and am proud to say that Holly made it to the state finals of the Queensland Miss Showgirl Contest. She did an awesome job and acquitted the Cairns and Far North Queensland Sub Chamber beautifully.

Of course she wanted to send thank you cards to everyone who assisted her and of course they needed to be hand made.

So here is the card that I came up with:
Base card was Very Vanilla with Blushing Bride and Crumb Cake card stock mounted on it.  The Crumb Cake card stock was embossed using the Decorative Dots TIEF. I used the Natural Chevron Ribbon and the Victoria Crochet Lace Ribbon (which has now retired) along with the Gold Metallic Bakers Twine for texture and appeal.
I used the larger flower stamp from the Stippled Blossoms stamp set. Stamped in Blushing Bride and Crumb Cake Classic Ink. The leaves were stamped in Crumb Cake and Baked Brown Sugar Classic Ink. I fussy cut the flowers and the leaves out and dimensionalised them to add layers and texture to the card.

The Scalloped Tag Topper Punch was the perfect tool to crop the sentiment tag which was stamped with a thank you from a retired hostess stamp set from last season. Stamped in Baked Brown Sugar on Very Vanilla card stock. I finished the tag off with a piece of Gold Metallic Bakers Twine.

Here are the first twenty!
I am sure that whatever Holly writes on the inside will do justice to the time investment.

Cheers
